napoleon dynamite is a character in a self titled comedy movie in America. People like him because of his weird behavior and funny comments. There's a scene in the movie of him performing a dance on stage to represent his friends campaign, which was unexpected from his character. And this trombone guy just reminded me of that performance from Napoleon. You should watch the movie! O Heck Yes You should! keke
