2 Great Soy Protein Options.
After my workouts, I need to get a quick jump start in protein. Well actually Vegan Protein. Most people actually workout out in the morning or lunch time. In the morning I will make a soy protein powder shake and save it in a thermos. When I make it, I will include the Soy Protein Powder, Soy Milk and some type of fruit. Bananas and strawberries are my favorites.
