Not the way
This is not the way to wire anything in... high chance of an electrical short.... kids DONT try this!!!

Not recommended
First of all this is very dangerous messing with electrical outlets if you're not careful. Second, it is very easy to damage your adapter or whatever you are trying to power because each adapter is designed to produce a certain amp and voltage. Over or under powering a device, could harm it, or or you.
