It is a public place
You have no reason to expect "privacy" when you do things in a public place. This whole issue is being blown out of proportion.

Get a dictionary
and look up the word 'public' and 'private'. Its "Google street view" not google private view.

- Nice finds, but
  there is no privacy going "down the drain" here. Both examples were in public areas. Do you expect privacy while laying out in a public park?
  
  I find it interesting that this is one of several videos about Google's new toy only 2 days after release, and it makes me wonder if you and the others aren't part of some sort of advertising campaign...

On google maps u can no longer use the camera veiwpoints seen in the video.
