Unpredictable Winning

This is called "Dama" it is so different of Checkers, it has simple rules.
this game i so famous in Arabian Gulf Areas especially in Kuwait. old men were playing this game along time ago. i heard once that its origin from india

This is what I gathered from the watching the game. This looks just like checkers except you move the pieces up/down and side/side (one jump at a time - 2 squares) instead of diagonally like in checkers. Once you get your piece to the opponents back row, then you can jump as many steps as you want, but you must still go up/down, side to side. That's how the guy won the game.

they beat us americans in every way except in obesity and laziness

first their crossword puzzles are with numbers and is called sudoku, is infinitely harder to all except them, and has no black squares

next, Americans make paper airplanes and they make swans, people, and even those wierd hat/boat things (origame)

and then they top us incheckers cuz they play with the tops of olives not cheap plastic pieces, and their version looks sommewhat entertaining unlike our version

so the guy who was winning didnt try to use his promoted pieces at all... or to promote the piece which could have caught the piece that won the game.

Surely he couldent be that bad... to concientrate on the pieces that were no threat to him and to ignore the most dangerous one.

of advanced checkers where if a person reaches the other side, he gets special jump privleges. Looks like it would be fun to learn and play. It took some experiecial skill to make that monstermove though. pretty slick.

These players are so stupid they couldn´t play chasse. The had to play the new mental chasse from Iran.

Unlike checkers, here the "queen" moves along the square, making it alot more powerful.... as one can witness from this game, which i dont think is fake :)
