The way the code works is that it hacks the "This Stage was Selected" and the "These Players Picked These Characters" data, which is transfered and used between the Wii's when the match starts (Hence why I was Ike on the real Practice Stage).
While the game is actually active, data like that isn't transfered, so just simply making a code to "Make Everyone have the Final Smash" isn't as simple as it may sound.
But, as a better note, things such as what item spawns where data, what item peach pulls, etc, should be shared during the match, as well as what comes from Assist Trophies and etc; Meaning those codes should very well be possible. (In fact, I've already made an Item Rain code...Though it has a high chance of freezing due to a, I believe, buffer overflow).
It does make an interesting outcome for Target Test Lv.1 though, since it only has one item spawn point and only spawns Stickers (Woo-woo, I can give other people lots of stickers; Some people on Random that I faced about a week ago from 7/28/08 know that well.)
