  • YEah...

but how can u find the street adress???

    By FullSpeed 1182927820
  • Internet Provider....

Well, here in sweden the search always stops at the internet provider. And the internet provider has no obligation to reveal who of their custormers that uses the up adress you are looking up.

    • RIGHT ! Not only in sweden ...

... your IP address always depends on your ISP, the best you can have is the city desserved by their DHCP server, not the street address.

As the IP address is allocated dynamicly by a DHCP server most part of the time, not all ISP can say who was connected with a given IP at a given date or time ...

Also, if you send an email from a web site page (Webmail and others) and not from an email client (outlook or others), the sender IP address is the email server IP, not your PC IP...

  • Actually . . .

. . . with Outlook Express, you can go one step further:

    File
    Properties
    Details
    Message source
Look for the 2nd "Received from" (the first one shows your own IP address)

  • Interesting!

If you use Outlook Express, then you should go to File, Properties, Details and then dig round there to find the sender's IP address.

  • Good and Informative

The video is good and direct with its purpose. It's just a little, blurry, but nothing more practice couldn't fix. =) I'll definitely try this next time I need to know a location!
