    even though it can somewhat help u during a complicated moment like other martial arts there is a method to overcome other forms of martial arts and sadly like kung-fu a thing of the past Silat is another method needing to retire as what they show is what we can overcome- its called counter attack fighting, you study the movement and you come up with a style to over come it, but good for exercises. and what do I know, well 37 years in martial arts should make me qualified to know thank you.
