This is a punishment in Malaysia.A criminal will got this strokes when he do crime like robbing,rape,drugs distributes,hurting others,and some heavy crime.Like this huy,he got 10 stroke because drug.The strokes is really painful,and this guy is cool,because he doesn't shouting,like others.

It is very good and very cruel.This law is more common in islamic countries
and thats why the crime there is very low.Does the ather contry need this , maybe.I think the countryes where the gaverment isn't very powerfull this is very
helpfull for the people.In public this could be better.I am not trying to be cruel
