      The iBot is based on Segway technology as invented by the incredible Dean Kamen. It's actually called the iBot 3000 or something, which, of course, sounds much cooler.

      I think the "i" could possibly be a nod to Independence Technologies, the makers, but I don't know for sure. Maybe I'll ask.
