i u may be able to find a few of these cars in romania, but there is no where near as many of them in romania. if u notice there was like 4 different Bugatti's, caught on camara in the same city, not country, no CITY. No where in romania comes near the wealth of Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

yeah, they combine two 8 cilender engine together, if they just wanna see how far they can go, they will make prototype, and they never send it to market, because desing and production coast is so high, and they won't spend that money for just promotion.
