      But Final Cut Pro is not free or available for download (legally). It's a very expensive suite of professional applications. Numerous Hollywood movies have been cut on Final Cut Pro. It costs around $1.2K, half that with an educational discount.

      Final Cut Express, which can do almost everything Final Cut Pro can (no 24p, no 3-Way Color Correction) is significantly cheaper, less than $200 without a discount.
