If hypermarkets are not for you there are other places to shop like the bazaars or markets where goods are usually sold at a cheaper rate, plus the experience of bargaining should not be skipped. Clothes and brands of clothing tend to be a bit hit and miss and also seem to be pricier then what you may be used to. However, with new shopping malls opening the choice of what's available at acceptable prices is sure to grow.
