  The ones I've seen were in dollar stores - and I originally learned of them as a gift but I'll see if I can find out more. I too am interested in getting more and have move so haven't yet looked. I'm thinking they may also be nicknamed a "chicken stand" or "chicken roasting stand" but the "portable chicken holder" is the official name for the original product.
