      you have never joked around with your friends. Bush wasn't being mean. He was trying to keep things light. The guy didn't mind. If he let innocent jokes bother him, he wouldn't be where he is today. Just imagine everyone in the world second guessing every move YOU make. If you joke around with a guy, they whine.
