Set in the late 21st century, a subculture of humans have emerged who have been modified genetically by a vampire-like disease (Hemophagia), giving them enhanced speed, incredible stamina and acute intelligence, and as they are set apart from "normal" and "healthy" humans, the world is pushed to the brink of worldwide civil war (a war between humans and hemophages) aimed at the destruction of the "diseased" population. In the middle of this crossed-fire is - an infected woman - Ultraviolet (played by Milla Jovovich), who finds herself protecting a nine-year-old boy who has been marked for death by the human government as he is believed to be a threat to humans.

...but the truth is it can still be entertaining. How many people liked Armageddon? Only to watch Deep Impact when it came out a few weeks later and like it as well. At least with these 2 movies it was simply 2 production companys racing to beat each others deadline. Where as pre-existing media raises more questions.

Im with truth on this one just hes looking at it wrong. Ultraviolet is a comic. and a huge Ripoff of Resident Evil games, "A virus to make strong soldiers..." Sounds like T-Virus LMAO They even got Milla Jovovich in it too LMAO

Kill Bill is a book, so the movie was directed closely to the book, which involved a badass chick as a main character. Likewise Aeon Flux is a book, and Tomb Raider is a very old PlayStation game. There aren't filmmaker's ideas... they're ideas of author's and game-makers simply incorporated into movies, pretty well done too.
