I'm sure
that a decent percentage of kids have had a fall like this. Drunks and kids don't get hurt when they fall. It's physics.

Doubt it hurt him.
If falls like this did damage to children, humans would have

They didn't
LET the kid's head hit exactly, they really couldn't have prevented it in this situation. He seemed stable enough right up until it was too late! You can't follow the kid around with a pillow all day in case it falls. Still, that did look like a VERY bad hit. I flinched just watching it.

he did indeed smash his head into the tiles.
Just to make sure we all got that, they show it in slow motion first and follows with "even slower" motion just to make sure!
And that audible crack man! Shait!
Babies can sustain heavy blows to the front and rear of the head though, so I'm sure he's fine!
Ih he weren't, I seriously doubt this clip would've made it online.

The REAL DEAL
First off, the "SNAP" sound was added in post. Second, if you watch the slow mo, the child falls, but his back rolls before his head hit the floor. It was only a minor bump. But still should be observed for throwing up or falling asleep.
