What editor Software was used to change that Photo. I have Photoshop 7.0 and I don't think I can do that.

- photoshop cs2 maybe
but u can pretty much do that in any photoshop, its not that hard, most of it was done using the liquify tool i think, its hard to tell cuz it was so fast
