      They build small tunnels under the roads that animals can use to get across without having to deal with traffic. You would think such places would be great ambush points for predators but apparently they work out just fine.

      The French certainly dont care about animals! They shoot everything that moves and let their pets roam freely, causing lots of roadkills. As for people, yes they do care, they have a fantastic healthcare system, unlike America where if you're knocked down, they mug you for you're credit card before they treat you.
