For future reference, you can bruteforce LM hashes much easier then NTLM hashes.
The LM protocol divides the password into two seven character passwords. This allows the password to be bruteforced much easier as it is much quicker to generate letters and numbers up to seven letters then doing it up two seven digit passwords.
for future reference...most OS are now using NTLM hashes so using rainbow tables with LM hashes is wortheless...
