This bike rider didn't look when he turned right on to the road.
Then he went to the far left and then tries to go accross three
lanes of traffic to the right with out looking again.

The biker has made many mistakes. It's his fault though the car was mooving with 90 km/h, when 50 km/h is the max allowed speed there.
