This is hilarious!
Believe this is Bill Dance of Bill Dance OutDoors. Used to come on CMT in the US years ago... I don't know if it still does or not. He has a few VHS and DVD's of bloopers. And for those of you who were waiting for it.... YES.. he falls in the water many many times, as well as knocks his camera man in once or twice over his career.
