    First, you need to lose that double chin. That's a good start. Second, you obviously have a terrible hardware problem AND NOT A QUICKTIME ISSUE! In comparison with Windows, you better believe "Mac's just work." No one claimed that every single unit shipped is free from defects but most by far experience the "It just works" reality.

    If your Macbook pro is under warranty take it in for repairs, if not, take it to the nearest Mac authorized technician. Simple. End of story.

    Oh, and did I mention you need to lose the double chin? LOL
