3 ways.
1) Increase the magnetic field as shown in the video;
2) Increase the current in the wire that goes through the motor
3) Increase the number of wire loops of the solenoid inside the motor.

that's not good...
that's a good way to burn up the armature in the motor. Adding magnets like that increase the running amps of the motor and eventually burn up... I would know, I run an armature winder for Regal Beloit Electric Motor Group.
