I know the trick
he takes off his shoes when u can't see them and then he lifts his shoes with his foot without letting you see it

It's so easy you notice the cut scenes right? Well, after he took off his jacket at one of the cut scenes he slipped his foot out of his shoe and clipped to of them together with a bull-dog-clip and placed an object behind him, he stood on that object with his free foot while he raises his foot with the other shoe clipped to it. sorry but its not magic

by the bare foot he rises pushing the shoe up so you c the 2 shoes rising

when the magician has his coat infront of him he has something attaching another pair of shoes to his coat, probably with some string and a bulldog clip. Then when he lifts up his jacket , the shoes that are attached to it move up while the magician stands on his toes making him look like he is flying.

That'd be pretty fun to do.
