Buchanan Construction-The Jones

Actually what happened was when we were looking for a house and we narrowed it down to two houses on opposite ends of the beach and come to find out both of them were built by Jim. So when we decided to build we obviously went to him because we knew his work and attention to detail and knew he would give us a beautiful home.
It all comes back to the attention to detail, my parents come down and they rave about the moldings, window treatments, the staircase. Its attention to detail, the brick work, little things that you wouldn’t think about asking for that is standard that you wouldn’t think about in the Myrtle Beach area.
The one thing I liked with working with Jim was he was always available. If he wasn’t by your house you could get him on the phone someone from the crew could get him on the phone. So if you had a question you could get an answer. And we did run into a couple of things that we missed along the way but as soon as we brought them up they were fixed within the week.
