We buy high-quality green coffee directly from the producers in Central and South America, in Africa, in Asia and we refine the coffee at our roasting facility into a high-quality coffee.
We roast in relatively small batches. It is 120 kg per batch. At a maximum of 220 degrees, the roasting takes 15, 16, 18 minutes.
Thanks to our manual roasting method we achieve a very good and delicious result. The customer requirement is to produce high-quality packaging in a relatively short print runs. We used many neutral bags Sticking labels onto these neutral bags is a very time consuming task.
Now we use Cyrel Round printing plates forms to produce our print products. We are able to produce our high-quality packaging using flexo printing and putting attractive designs and photos on the packaging, which we previously weren't able to do.
The production costs for this packaging using Cyrel round printing forms are very low compared to previously used print and decoration technologies. It has definitely been worthwhile for us. Not just because we have lower production costs for our packaging, we have also lower packaging investment costs by realizing more designs with short print run lengths.
I like using DuPont Cyrel print form technology because I am convinced that this technology is the crème de la crème for my type of packaging. The customer receives absolutely high-quality packaging for an absolutely high-quality coffee.
