Pheasant Road surrounds by Newton Dr in the North, Cummer Ave in the South, east is Maxome Ave and west is Willowdale Ave. There is no sale in these two years. One of the owner who is a Hungarian old man aged 84 years old, we met him two months ago and he showed that he was going to sell his home. We did the marketing analysis for him. Yesterday, when I met him at the door, his daughter-in-law was very rude to me. I left and went to next door neighbour. When I turned back I saw this old man was waiting for me in the middle of the street. He seemed feeling back and tried to talk to me and helped him to sell his home. And then, his son got out of the house and said, "Dad,", he held the old man hand and took him back to home. The son turned half of his head to me and said:" We have somebody else!". The old man shrugged his shoulders abjectly and they left.
