- Oily roads
The roads over there are made with a finer aggregate than what we have here in the US. It makes the road surface smoother, and in the heat the asphalt, which has a higher oil content than ours, rises to the surface. The roads become slick, I mean crazy slick. That's why you don't see the roll overs like you would here. There's also no Police to speak of, rich kids fathers can pay off a cop and this stuff goes on all the time, even to the point of people getting killed. Then, they go around slapping their heads, bawling and blaming the death on anyone but themselves.
