      Guess you haven't been to Europe before. They have restroom attendants, male or female. The tray on the table is for change. They charge you to use the public facilities. As an American, it seems inconceivable that you're charged for using a public facility, but the benefit to this is that their public toilets are generally cleaner than American restrooms.

    He wasn't peeing- he was pouring out a bunch of 2-liters that went flat during the trip haha! That was a pretty nice bathroom just for a little gas station though wasn't it? I don't know about you guys, but around here we get about an 8x8ft room with a flickering light bulb and a toilet with a broken seat.
