KLM That Messy company,They have delayed our flight for more than 19 hours due to a technical problem!! However they didn't offer any accommodations for us. They just offered us pillows and blankets and left us sleeping the airport floor. They also handled the situation with irresponsibility and carelessness, such an attitude is very strange from a company with their size and reputation. However I will tell all friends and families about what happened to us. And I am going to warn them from flying with an irresponsible company as KLM.
