A woman is on the ground, restrained by police officers, when a bald police officer arrived and fired a taser into her thigh. Don't really agree with the message but also don't agree with the methods. Found on Pittsburgh Independent Media Center.

    The woman is still resisting arrest at the beginning of the video.

    From the title of the video, I was expecting to actually see the cop just walk up to after she was subdued. It is not there.

    Sorry folks, you have to comply when the police tell you to within the bounds of their authority.

    If you really pay attention to the start of the video, she was fighting back. There is also the fact that they are wearing masks. The video doesn't explain what happend to cause this little moment. For all any of you know, they were robbing a place, or they got violent with the police, either one of those are logical. Study before you go to conclusions you T**ts .
