CRAP....
That was NOT cut out using only a knife, that was professionally cut using a machine.. A knife would take hours to do that.

  Think about it,
  it took about 7 seconds per page,
  So for every 100 pages,
  It takes like 11 minutes.
  It would be easy to make a perfect size, because after the first few pages, it leaves impression for your knife to follow,
  get the first few cuts perfect, the thing will turn out however you like.
