    All the water retire it self from the bay, and people just stay there or even worse, go to the beach to have a better view. For over fifty years, on TV, they are program speaking of eartquake, tsunami and other catastrophe. Five week before the tragedie, it had a documentary on discovery channel on the tsunami of alaska and japan.
    Like Bush trying to locate the Canada, Mexico and Irak on a map, went is time to go from theory to pratice, people are confuse and don't nnow what to do. Sadly, the water doesn't wait for them...
