he either just got Hydrocolon therapy, or he got an Enima. either way what they do is they stick a tube up your ass and usually using gravity, water enters your ass through the tube filling you up. in the case of hydrocolon therapy, it is mainly used for "Cleaning things out." as for enima's, they are mainly for pleasure.
