  • Easier Way

    Create a new folder (right click, create folder). Right click the folder, select "Properties", choose"Customize" tab, choose "Change Icon", then pick a blank spot, or any of the other pics shown.

    dosnt work 4 me i dont no if its cause i have vista or if its cause i dont no if ya continue to hold the alt key while pushing enter or if ya put the + in it. i have tried all different ways but it still dont work but the display picture works

    • do it this way it will work

      you have to delete where it says new folder..then press alt..then press 0160 .while pressing alt...but you have to press the numbers at the right side of your keyboard not the ones at the top..then click on the screen but away from the box that will give you the blank folder name..then right click on the folder and at the bottom you will see properties click on that then on to change icon look for where theres a gap in the icons thats the invisble icon..press ok and apply then ok again..that will give you your invisible folder..hope it works
