    Rene Higuita for Colombia in 1994. He was famous for his antics and field goals and dribbling inspite of being a goalkeeper. He was supported by Carlos Valderrama, then captain and alltime greatest Colombian footballer. However, Higuita was to blame for their defeat to Cameroon when he tried to dribble Roger Milla who snatched the ball from him and scored thus ending Colombia's hopes of a quarter final.

    That was actually during play, the goalkeeper had thought the whistle had gone for an offside or a foul and so tried something cool, which it was lol, but in fact, no whistle had gone and play continued.
