You create a shortcut to shutdown. It's really cool, i've tried it. I don't know if it has been posted here on metacafe b4 but I'd really like to explain it with my own words.

Incase you can't read what I type on the shortcut wizard,this is basically what I typed:

shutdown -s -t 3600 (time before shutdown in seconds) -c "You PC must shutdown" (A comment about the shutdown).
