I work with Phx.Police. This cop actually was able to get up due to the adrenaline pump as that happened. But sadly, he died later due to the internal injuries he sustained.

the guy that hit him first did it on purpose, i think he had a hatred for cops or something, there's no way he would have done it by mistake, when the cop flew over the second car actually barely missed him, if it did his head or hands would have torned off.
