This is a bad truck accident and fire, this actually happened about 8 miles form where I live.

No it wasn't a crazy Mexican, if I remember correctly the driver was distracted from the accident on the other side of the highway. This made the driver hit the news vehicle on the inside shoulder and it caught fire.
