I did a video like this
back in high school....I actually used it for a video I did in economics class on the "Economic Impact of Underage Drinking" Our video was was made with beer and waffle house hashbrowns. We video taped a friend throwing up in the dark under a black light and the "chunks" glowed. We slowed the 5 sec video down to 1/4 time and it produced a video alot like that.
