      That is clearly Capoeira... NOT TKD... as for the flags on the wall, I do believe we have an American flag on the wall where I train in Wing Chun, Wushu, and Kune-Ki-Do Kung fu so forget the flag and look at them, it's very clearly not TKD, and if you're learning that in TKD, lead me to your instructor... Have a nice day :)

      This is definately NOT Taekwon do.. i've trained TaeKwon Do for some years now, and you dont learn that stuff there.. and if it's not capoeira, i don't know what it is.. so that means.. i dunno what it is!

      I have trained both ITF and WTF Tae Kwon Do for 20 + years and you learn the tornado kick there. The other kicks are just young guys taking it to an extreme.
