  you'll die because dry ice isnt acually ice that you use everyday it is frozen Co2. it is a natural acerring substice in our atmousfere(sry for all the spelling mistakes)

This is a felony
Making dry ice bombs is a felony in most states because you are mixing two chemicals, compressed CO2 gas and H2O. My son was arrested for this and convicted in Nebraska, he was under 18 and got probation but it is on his record.

Technically speaking ......
these aren't true bombs, the build up of pressure isn't rapid enough to be considered a true explosive. Some dumb ass senator will start a campaign to classify this as a terrorist device and you go to jail for makeing noise .... on a lighter note I have a method of setting one of these noise makers off that doesn't require you to fill and seal like this video ....

  it could break your hand, but unlike a true bomb you not going to wind up with pieces of the container blown into your body, why because the build up of pressure is so slow.
