    • I will have a series of tasty healthy ..

      foods soon. The diet is based around a blender. I love soy protien shakes and fruit smoothies. I get kind of creative with everything I put in. The base is milk, protien power, sliced frozen bannana's and maybe an icecube or two. Make sure you stay away from empty foods like soda/beer. Thanks Best Regards Blake Adams
