      Don't let the demonstrator discourage you (hes only two weeks into this exercise). I know he doesn't have the best physique but you'll notice once you try it how effective this exercise is. Next time I will upload a clip of me showing you a variety of other easy but effective exercises. No problem bizaqui, glad you enjoyed it.

    I tried it and yea this does burn you bicep quite a bit (i did 3 sets) so i guess i was doin them right. now for 2 months i dont know but thats just me.

      Yea dedication plays a big part in this but, all you really need to dedicate is about 20 to 30 minutes.

    this is the best exercise to biceps. it burned even the first time i did it. if there were 100 stars i'll give you 200 for this.
