How it's done.
A sponge is attached to a device that pulls it into his sleeve. Easily made from a few rubber bands. Watch when he is sucking up the milk. When his hand jerks upward real fast, that is when the sponge is being pulled into his sleeve. The appearing milk is palmed in the other hand in the corner of a sandwich bag.
