Apart from grabbing flies out of the air with your tongue, this is a great, fun way to kill flies. Although the fireball lasts for only a moment, if you blow it near a fly it will be hot enough to burn it's appendages and wings which it needs to survive/fly. The fly may not die instantly, but it will drop to the gound and not be able to help itself so it will die very soon after.

I don't even know where to start with that comment.

It's the viewers trying this that I worry about. I've been doing stuff like this almost all my life and I've got the experience to think things through before doing them. Although this procedure is very safe, I hope my viewers don't try it unless they are responsible enough to cover all the bases first.

but there are a few problems.
1) the propane is very hard to get out as none come in the cans with nozzles like butane
2) The propane will smell like an old cow turd and taste really nasty in your mouth.

Just be careful.

Like I said, don't try it at home, but if I can't stop you then make sure you're very careful and think it through before you do it.

I've actually done this at a couple parties. The flame doesn't last long enough to light much on fire, but still eb careful. The good thing about this is that the butane evaporates before it can land on anything.
