    just the other day i broke a recored of 650 sit ups within 20 minutes in the morning i mainly do about 380 to 450 i only do 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes before i go to bed been doing this for 10 days now gonna continue im hopeing to get a six pack within 6 weeks or 6 months

    Okay Sorry to break it to you everyone but getting a six pack has nothing to do with ab routine workouts, in order to obtain the ''six pack'' wich everyone already has, you must eat properly nutrition wise and do lots of cardiovascular excercise ab excercies will only make ur core stronger but it is not what will make your six pack show

    I do similar stuff at track practice and I work out at home. I'm getting decent results, but I got one problem. I Forget what you call'm, but I those flaps on the side of my stomach and I don't know how to get rid of them. Anyone know how to get rid ofm?

      the muscles are you're external obliques and to get strong muscles theredo the following: Stand with feet a little more than shoulder width apart. Stand tall with stomach muscles contracted. There should be a soft bend at the knees and pelvis is slightly scooped under. once in posture, Reach overhead with extended arm to opposite side. Alternate reaching overhead with extended arm to opposite side. Your upper body should act like a pendulum going from side to side as your arm reaches overhead. There should be no movement at all with your lower body- keep it square and forward.

    do sit ups / crunches while you are watching tv

    for best results do sit ups while watching 1 episode of tv in morning (make sure you do them non stop for whole episode with no breaks) and then do the same thing only with crunches right before you eat dinner. then you couch potatos can still watch tv and get excersise.

    REMEMBER IF YOU ARE TO TIRED TO DO SITUPS THEN YOU ARE TO TIRED TO WATCH TV.

    KEEP THIS UP INCREASING NUMBER BY A LITTLE EVERY DAY OR ADDING MORE WEIGHT EVERY DAY AND I PROMISE YOU WILL GET THEM IN A MONTH AS LONG AS YOU ARE NOT OVERWEIGHT.

    also drink lots of water and eat really healthy

    and has decent cardio but i bet anything his strenght lacks a little,i would guess by looking at you in this particular video that you are anywhere between 160 to 175 lbs and probably anywhere from 4 to 8%body fat which is real good dont get me wrong but i could crush you with hands,if you focused more on strenght training for a bit instead of cardio you could easily be that ripped but weight 180-190lbs

    Right abs seems to be more down than the left abs :S. Anyway, i ve got better abs just doing arms extensions - about 120. Doing abdominals with a heavy of 8 kg is also good. I think u do too much exercises for abs to keep on it in a daily routine during 16 monthes.

    im 15 and i started working out when i was 14. i been working out 20 mins a day at least 3 times a week since i was 14 and my pecs is no where near urs and u been working out like how many months according to video. hmm are u taking steroids or is theres a reason why my muscles don't grow as quick?

      Find someone who knows what they are doing (you can usually tell by looking at them) and train with them. Second you wont get abs if you dont lower you total body fat. You wont see a guy with a double chin and abs now will ya.
