Stand tall with stomach muscles contracted. There should be a soft bend at the knees and pelvis is slightly scooped under. once in posture, Reach overhead with extended arm to opposite side. Alternate reaching overhead with extended arm to opposite side. Your upper body should act like a pendulum going from side to side as your arm reaches overhead. There should be no movement at all with your lower body- keep it square and forward.

for best results do sit ups while watching 1 episode of tv in morning (make sure you do them non stop for whole episode with no breaks) and then do the same thing only with crunches right before you eat dinner. then you couch potatos can still watch tv and get excersise.
REMEMBER IF YOU ARE TO TIRED TO DO SITUPS THEN YOU ARE TO TIRED TO WATCH TV.
KEEP THIS UP INCREASING NUMBER BY A LITTLE EVERY DAY OR ADDING MORE WEIGHT EVERY DAY AND I PROMISE YOU WILL GET THEM IN A MONTH AS LONG AS YOU ARE NOT OVERWEIGHT.

Doing abdominals with a heavy of 8 kg is also good. I think u do too much exercises for abs to keep on it in a daily routine during 16 monthes.
