Will not work
This idea will not work. The post office knows about this. one of two things will happen:

1) Will end up in a dead end pile. Not delivered at all. (most likely)
or
2) Person will be required to pay for postage. Postman will knock on door and treat the mail as postage C.O.D requiring payment before delivery
