  • This is what happened.

    The grandmother was showing the jury the casket photo with the deceased boy to get a harsh punishment for the gang members. The boy caught a bullet on a drive-by shooting. The boy was not an intended target but was killed. I believe it was in Los Angeles but not sure on that. And it was probably about 5-10 years ago.

    if I was a parent, I'd make it my mission to make sure that guy got free. That way I could get him to him later, and spend a month or two - or more - gettin' "medieval on his ass." I would break and tear, burn and flay every part of his useless body, and make sure he was alive the whole time. And wahe I was all finished, I'd let the dogs'a eat him - alive - for lunch.

      all these idiots shooting their mouths off about what should happen to the guy, the people on this site almost definately don't know if he was found guilty or not and definately don't know if he actually did it since they weren't there.
      It's all very well and good to want to get the person who killed your child, but you don't want to be killing an innocent person just because they're the person who was arrested. You can't have mob rule.

      here's a hypothetical situation:
      How would you feel if you knew you were innocent of something like R**e or murder and there was a mob out for you while the real criminal gets off scott free.
